Hygiene and safety rules\n\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d1a3f4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2d1a3f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Preventing the risk of accidents and illnesses is imperative and requires everyone to respect:<\/p><ul><li>Requirements applicable to health and safety at the training sites;<\/li><li>Any instructions imposed either by the Management of DataScientest or its representative.<\/li><\/ul><p>In the context of distance learning, it is imperative to respect the health and safety rules of the place where the training action is carried out, especially in the case where it is the Learner&#8217;s company. .<br \/>The training organisation cannot be held responsible for incidents or accidents occurring remotely during training hours and in particular related to the use of IT and internet tools.<br \/>Each person participating in a training action must ensure their personal safety and that of others by respecting, depending on the general and specific instructions in terms of health and safety.<br \/>If he notices a system malfunction, he immediately notifies DataScientest Management. General discipline\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-39e984a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"39e984a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.1 Principles\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a14c020 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a14c020\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll exchanges are based on the following values and principles, the respect of which is binding on all, tolerance, benevolence and good cooperation, respect for others and their convictions, protection against all forms of violence. The use of violence in any form is prohibited and will not be tolerated within online spaces. Learners are thus invited to participate in the various DataScientest community spaces, respecting the values and principles mentioned above as well as respecting the legislation in force.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a3247e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6a3247e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.2 Involvement and Attendance\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17498fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"17498fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Learner is bound by an obligation of attendance and involvement, essential conditions to validate the entirety of their training course.<br \/>In order to succeed in their training course, Learners must provide constant work throughout their training. If necessary, group work must be carried out and delivered on time, a schedule of joint work is sent to each Learner from the start of their course. The Learner will also have to submit to the skills check during the follow-up sessions and during the defence.<br \/>The Learner must be present at all the scheduled lecture and educational follow-up sessions by videoconference. The Learner is required to comply with the schedules of the scheduled sessions.<br \/>The Learner is required to follow and complete the asynchronous training modules in accordance with the timetable communicated at the start of the training.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ba05c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3ba05c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.3 Absence and delays in synchronous sessions\n\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76c918b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"76c918b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Any absence must be immediately reported to the trainer\/cohort leader.<br \/>The proof (sick leave &#8211; official administrative summons) must be given within 48 hours to your employer and also sent to the email address contact@datascientest.com.<br \/>In the absence of proof, is considered as an &#8220;unauthorised absence&#8221;, any session cancelled by the Learner less than 48 hours before the session or a delay of more than 30 min during a session. For any absence not of a salaried Learner, the latter will not be paid by their employer.<\/p><p>Law N\u00b0 96 376 of May 6, 1996 defines the obtaining of training allowances as follows:<\/p><ul><li>Only absences justified by sick leave or a mandatory administrative summons will not give rise to a reduction in training allowances.<\/li><li>Any violation of the application of these regulations will be penalised and reported by mail to the employer.<br \/>A sign-in sheet will be set up for synchronous time. The Learner must sign to justify their good presence in class.<br \/>After two consecutive unauthorised absences of the Learner, a Disciplinary Council may be organised and issue a call to order to the Learner.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-594d122 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"594d122\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.4 Access to premises and use\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-022a805 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"022a805\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Access to the premises is strictly reserved for users, school staff and any duly authorised person. Access is through the security gates using the personal badge. It is forbidden to lend this badge and \/ or to bring in a person from outside the establishment.<\/p><p>The management reserves the right to prohibit access or presence in the establishment to any person exhibiting unusual and manifestly abnormal behaviour, likely to compromise their personal safety like that of the other persons present.<\/p><p>Everyone will endeavour to maintain the good condition, cleanliness and layout of the premises, both offices and common areas (catering area, traffic areas, toilets, etc.).<\/p><p>Any degradation originating from malice or recklessness will be subject to an assessment of the damage resulting in the pecuniary liability of the author.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-633b327 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"633b327\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.5 Confidentiality\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3761daa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3761daa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Learner is bound by an obligation of reserve and confidentiality with regard to the information and documents to which they access. The Learner undertakes not to distribute or communicate to third parties, or to duplicate, in any form whatsoever, these confidential elements, in whole or in part.<\/p><p>The trademarks, logos, signs as well as all the content of the DataScientest.com site (texts, images, sound, etc.) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code. Development of studies\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d507aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0d507aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.1 Essential equipment\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-123cccc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"123cccc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSince DataScientest courses are taught exclusively online, each Learner must have a computer equipped with a webcam and a microphone allowing video conferences to be carried out as well as access to an optimum Internet network (minimum 4 Mbps in sending and 2 Mbps in data reception).\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-641148f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"641148f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.2 Online sessions<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6cdc9a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6cdc9a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Each synchronised session between Learners and DataScientest members will take place on the Zoom platform and will be recorded by DataScientest. If the Learner does not want the conversation to be recorded, they can inform DataScientest at the start of the session.<br \/>Recordings are available three months after the session is held.<br \/>The cohorts meet on a slack promotion channel (online communication channel). Learners are expected to respect the rules of propriety in terms of expression and spelling when writing their messages, whether they are intended for members of DataScientest or other Learners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38d83e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"38d83e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.3 Proficiency check\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4457122 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4457122\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSkills are checked throughout the course during the various assessments. The evaluations are specific to each course, their methods are explained by the cohort leader\/trainer at the start of the course.\nThe defence sessions taking place remotely, these are recorded and kept for 3 months for the sole purpose of serving as a means of controlling the training.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c471417 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c471417\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.4 Incident handling\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c829a89 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c829a89\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn the event of technical problems, attributable both to the candidate and to DataScientest, the candidate will be offered to retake the test a few days later.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb004d8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cb004d8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.5 Evaluation Fraud\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d3c5ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5d3c5ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any author or accomplice of fraud or attempted fraud committed during an oral defence or an online evaluation will be subject to disciplinary proceedings. The Disciplinary Board will take up the case and apply a sanction that can go as far as exclusion from training.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65a905e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"65a905e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.6 Termination and suspension of the training course\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95bdcd9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"95bdcd9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The normal continuation of the DataScientest course may be interrupted temporarily or permanently for reasons related to the choice of the Learner or a decision of the disciplinary authorities of the establishment. In the event that the Learner does not officially request a postponement, they are declared to have resigned, and are not authorised to continue the course.
