🙋♂️ Today, we will present to you Henry Tornow: He just finished our part-time Data Analyst Training at DataScientest Germany.
📈 Within the last few months, Henry started a really nice career. From Marketing Manager to Data Analyst! As a Performance Marketing Manager he already came into contact with data analysis and visualization as well as data-driven decisions. When the opportunity arose to work as a data analyst in the revenue area at his current company, he didn’t hesitate to take his chance.
🙌 What Henry appreciates particularly: the flexibility of the training programme and the fact that it was easy to combine with work and private life. The course was well structured and easy to follow, and for the practical part (the project) he was able to bring along a use case directly from his company, which will help him directly in practice in the future.
🙋♂️ Have you met Tiago Russomano? He just finished our part-time DataScientist Training at DataScientest Germany. Congratulations for your dedication, perseverance, and your willingness to learn to achieve your goals!
📈 Within the last few months, Tiago did everything to change his career: After a 10 years experience as sport professor and scientist, he is now a Data Scientist. For him, it was a rewarding experience to dive into python, machine learning, data visualization, and all the tools provided in the course.

💪 Besides his data science training, he managed to obtain the DTB A2 (Deutsch für den Beruf) certification from the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF), also taught statistics to bachelor students at Internationale Hochschule SDI München and conduct his research on drones at the Technical University of Munich.
🚀 Looking ahead to 2024 with a sense of accomplishment and a renewed spirit, he starts the year with ambitious goals: Secure a position as a Data Scientist or SportsScientist!
🙋♀️ Have you met Anastasiia? She is already halfway through the Data Analyst course. She started her part-time training at DataScientest Germany, thanks to our partnership with Ukraine Libre.
👩💻 With a background in consolidated information analysis, the transition into data science, coupled with self-learned coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), has been both important and fascinating. The ongoing, skill-centric training is a dedicated pursuit, combining data work with coding for a more enriched experience.
🚀 Currently employed in a low-skilled job in France, the goal is to successfully complete the training in April, armed with honed skills, and secure a job aligned with the new expertise. Open to professional connections, collaborations, and mentorship opportunities, she looks forward to connecting with the vibrant data science community.
🙋♀️ Have you met Anja? She can look back on 15 years of professional experience in the automotive industry at Bosch in the areas of quality and development. Her passion for data analysis led her to a new professional direction. The decision to take part in the Boot Camp Data Analyst therefore proved to be a real stroke of luck.
👩💻 The opportunity to apply new knowledge directly, especially through the use of Jupyter notebooks, was the perfect learning method for them. It was a great feeling for Anja to see her own code successfully in action.
She was particularly impressed by the project work, a really effective way of putting what she had learned into practice. The chosen project topic, “Cycling Traffic in Paris”, was spot on – as a keen cyclist, she not only found it an interesting challenge, but also an opportunity to consolidate her newly acquired skills in a context that was relevant to her.
🚀 The opportunities around the learning content itself are also great. Sometimes there isn’t even enough time for everything. The Boost Hours, Career Management, the Forum and the Masterclass offer an extensive and supporting network. It was impressive to experience that you really are not alone in this program. The opportunity to exchange ideas with like-minded people, to deal more intensively with certain topics in the Boost Hours and to learn from the experts in the Masterclass contributed significantly to my positive experience. The contact with the participants and coaches continues after the training.
🙋♀️ Have you met Viktoriia? She is a PhD holder in Physical Chemistry working as an engineer at @Blue Solutions’ R&D lab. Her days are filled with developing cutting-edge Li batteries, and data analysis is a big part of that.
👩💻 Alongside her work, she has embarked this month on a Data Scientist course, exploring the world of data in parallel. She is really impressed by the structured approach and diverse learning opportunities. And discovering support from the career management team has been a pleasant surprise for her!

🙋♀️ Have you met Sajida? She is a a diligent software engineer, embarked on her data engineering journey as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at DataScientest Germany. Hailing from India, Sajida started her Data Engineering training in May 2023, opting for a part-time training. Now a part of Stellantis, she attests to the training’s effectiveness, with its insights proving instrumental in her ongoing projects in data management.
👩💻 From basic to advanced, the training was meticulously designed, emphasizing practical applications over theory. This hands-on approach honed her problem-solving skills, preparing her for real-world challenges. The interactive forum provided invaluable support, ensuring a seamless learning journey.
🚀 Driven by a passion for challenges, she firmly believes that every obstacle leads to growth. Beyond coding, Sajida finds solace in the rhythm of dance and the pages of her favorite book, ‘The Silent Patient.’
🙋♀️ Have you met Yvonne? She is a PhD chemist who has recently worked as a Research Associate at the university, focusing on complex quantum mechanical calculations. However, the professional security and future prospects as a postdoc are often uncertain, which is why she wanted to specialize more in the scientific analysis of data, as it already constituted a large part of her work.
👩💻 DataScientest provided an excellent opportunity for her to deepen her knowledge in the key areas of Data Science, alongside her professional and family life, in a flexible, systematic, and thorough manner.
🚀 She found the complexity of neural networks and the team project titled “Tree Recognition with Convolutional Neural Networks” particularly exciting. Meanwhile, she has also been offered a position in the field of Data Science at Dr. Türck Ingenieurbüro. Currently, she is familiarizing herself with another programming language (Matlab) there, before soon taking on a project as well.
🙋♀️ Have you met Lina? She is a Data Scientist and PhD student. Using large time-series datasets, she uses statistical modeling to detect ecosystem changes.
👩💻 Her academic journey was enhanced by completing a Data Science certification with DataScientest, where she focused on Python, machine learning, and data analysis. What she valued most about her training was the hands-on learning approach and the opportunity to apply these skills in a practical machine learning project using deep learning.
🙋♀️ Have you met Athoy?
With a background in particle physics and software development, she has always been passionate about exploring new frontiers. After completing her PhD in Experimental Particle Physics, where she delved into Dark Matter Direct Detection, she transitioned into a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Physics in Munich. There, her focus on data analysis and scientific computing laid the groundwork for her curiosity in data science. She rapidly recognized the need to formalize her skills in areas like Machine Learning and AI, which are shaping the future job market. That’s why she enrolled in the Data Science bootcamp. And what a great evolution: she is now working as a Fusion Technologist at UK Atomic Energy Authority.
👩💻 This is Athoys feedback about her training: It was very rigorous, with helpful feedback from the tutors. Independent thinking was very much encouraged. We also had one Masterclass per week, which was very helpful. What I also found positive: DataScientest’s tutors were knowledgeable and patient, as well as providing a dedicated group of career coaches who were able to give
excellent advice on how to structure and modify my CV and approach to make it stronger for job applications.
🚀 Her commitment to learning and her participation in the bootcamp, even if the job she was applying for didn’t require Data Science, was very positively received by potential employers. He earned his master’s degree in mathematics with a focus on computer science at the University of Kassel. Baraa wrote his thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute, where he continues to work as a research assistant.

🙋♀️ Meet Aisha, an accomplished Digital Product Manager with over 6 years of experience in managing innovative digital products. Recently, she took her skills to the next level by completing the ML Ops training program with DataScientest, where she gained hands-on expertise in tools like Linux, Bash, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Prometheus, and Grafana.
💼 During this remote bootcamp, Aisha expanded her capabilities by diving deep into data science and machine learning operations. 👩🎓 We are thrilled to share that Francisca, after several years of experience as a Clinical Operations Coordinator, has successfully completed a Data Science bootcamp and is now adding a new dimension to her career!
🚀 Her journey began with studies in Biochemistry and Public Health, which laid the foundation for her scientific and analytical skills. Eager to expand her knowledge, Francisca pursued additional training in Data Science, delving into the fascinating world of data analysis and machine learning.
🩸 One project she particularly enjoyed was analysing blood classification and developing predictive models. This hands-on experience not only sharpened her technical skills but also fuelled her passion for using data to drive meaningful insights.

🙋♂️ Meet Tomi!
🤖 Tomi is currently participating in our part-time training course to become a Data Analyst. He has already completed several training programs as an AI Manager and in the field of AI. The training as a Data Analyst is a suitable next step to deepen his knowledge.
💼 How does he manage job and training? “In my case, it was a particular challenge. In addition to my full-time job, I work as a freelancer in the field of social media and marketing consulting and manage several artists. Therefore, I had to find time for my further education in the evenings and on weekends. Good time management is invaluable in this regard.”
🚀 After his training, Tomi will continue to stay in Sales Management. “Many thanks to DataScientest for the great experience and the valuable insight into the world of data analysis!”
🙋♂️ Meet Patrick!
Patrick is a dedicated molecular biologist who has spent the last eight years researching metabolic pathways and protein modifications in plants at @ Humboldt University in Berlin. Recently, he made a significant life change by moving to North Rhine-Westphalia, as his wife accepted a new job there. Embracing the move, he took parental leave to help their three children settle into the Kindergarten and to adjust to the new surroundings.
👩💻 The Data Scientist bootcamp was the perfect opportunity for Patrick to intensify his passion for programming and data analysis. The flexibility offered by the training at Datascientest was ideal, allowing him to care for his children in the mornings and complete the “sprints” at Datascientest in the afternoons and evenings. This balance enabled him to take care of his family while advancing his career.

Rayana holds an undergraduate degree and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from São Paulo, Brazil. With over 5 years of professional experience as a Supply Chain Analyst and Administrator, and 3 years as the founder of her own business, Rayana has an impressive track record.
👩💻 Rayana has passionately utilized Excel and Power BI to create dashboards and presentations that have significantly improved decision-making and profitability across sales, marketing, purchasing, and logistics. Through her work with Python, she discovered a deep interest in data analysis. “I wanted to advance my career in supply chain management or similar fields as a data analyst. That’s how I came to the DataScientest Bootcamp program.”

Tout au long de la formation, que le format choisi soit bootcamp ou formation continue, un support en live chat est disponible tous les jours ouvrés de 9h à 17h. Nos data scientists sont disponibles pour répondre à vos questions d’ordre technique ou pédagogique.
Le Responsable de Cohorte et l’équipe Daniel sont les premiers à détecter les éventuelles difficultés, ils vérifient les temps de connexion des bénéficiaires, identifient les éventuelles difficultés d’apprentissage. Si un apprenant est en difficulté, le Responsable de Cohorte déclenche alors le processus qui fait intervenir l’ensemble de l’équipe de suivi.
D’autre part, les sessions de coaching qui ponctuent chacun des sprints de formation sont également un excellent moyen de faire un point plus global sur le déroulé de la formation. Votre responsable de cohorte sera disponible pour répondre à toutes vos questions et assurer le suivi le plus personnalisé possible.
Enfin, le fonctionnement en cohorte assure une émulation similaire à celle d’une salle de classe et il est très important que les users de chaque cohorte progressent ensemble au cours du parcours.
Ce suivi personnalisé nous assure aujourd’hui un taux moyen de complétion des formations de 100 %.
